coffee, tea, milk and croissants was a bonus. the room was tidy, and we were provided with coffee tray. location: the hotel was just next door to paris, which provides easy access to the rest of paris and the store next door.

Even after reporting it, I found myself without hot water multiple times, leading to an exasperating start to my stay.
